The operator should check that the electrical components are normal and safe. Check belts, handles, knobs, and buttons regularly. If severe wear occurs, replace and report the replacement. Regularly inspect and repair switches and protective devices to ensure safe and reliable operation. After the work is completed, the machine is lubricated and cleaned every day, and unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited from operating the equipment. The precautions for using the CNC shearing machine have:

  • Start the board to cut and perform some loops. Under normal circumstances, try to cut thin plate materials of different thickness from thin to thick. Make sure the operator is familiar with the performance of the cut.
  • The sound is smooth in operation. If there is noise in the cut, stop the machine immediately and check it carefully.
  • When attempting to cut sheets of different thicknesses, the blade gap must be well adjusted. If the corresponding blade clearance is not adjusted, it will affect the durability of the blade.
  • Whenthe CNC shearing machine is working, the maximum temperature of the cylinder should be less than 60 °C. If the temperature is too high, turn off the machine to rest. In addition, buyers in hot spots need to choose a machine with an air-cooling device to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
